for small, medium and large enterprises, they have the ambition:

Services – interests –
networking – training
A federation has bundled her knowhow and expertise and is able to
support its members on a wide range of subjects and theme’s. Whether it’s about
HR related subjects, environment, energy, international business or technology.
The federation has experts with experience on consultancy tracks at many
enterprises in their industry. Members with a specific issue on a certain topic
can fall back on a number of highly specialized people. And for legal matters,
federations often have their own solicitors and mediators. Companies that want
to explore unknown or less known international markets can count on seasoned
export consultants.
On top of this, federations handle press releases, publications and
newsletters for her members. But also organizing seminars and training belong
to the tasks of federations.
Working groups and points
of view
The federation
acts on behalf of its members as spokesman after a common point of view or
position on a specific topic has been taken. These points of view are created
in the lap of working groups consisting of internal employees as member
employees and eventually other representatives. By doing so, the federation
assures that the positioning is supported which contributes to the cohesion
amongst its members.
Strengthen
the position
Federations want to
strengthen the position of its members, also on international level, by
providing vision, lobbying, advice and service in order to improve their
competiveness. By doing so, the industry is optimal positioned and its
continuity is guaranteed.
