Advanced SharePoint Workflows 

Ometa designed a new SharePoint Workflow template with field based approvals, instead of the standard record based approval. This makes it possible to set up very complex workflows. 

Dynamic Lookups 

Ometa has developed a custom lookup field type that makes the values, visible in one dropdown list, dependent of a value chosen in another dropdown list. It is also possible to concatenate different columns of a SharePoint list as values of a lookup list. 

Rollup Web Part 

This Web Part makes it possible to define overviews over different SharePoint sites. So, now it’s possible to have overviews of documents, tasks, contact persons,… from different sites into one screen. 

Data Storage Web Part 

When users start using the SharePoint sites intensively, the site can run out of storage space. This is why Ometa developed a Web Part that gives users a real-time overview of the storage usage. 

eID Reader Web Part 

Read the Belgium eID card using this Ometa Web Part. The information can be written in a SharePoint list enabling you to view unavailable information on the card (e.g. address information) in your SharePoint environment. This is ideal for visitor registration, doctors cabinets, lawyers offices, city halls, etc..
